Program Overview

Built for Morocco’s next
wave of DeepTech founders

The Open Startup Pre-Seed Track Morocco is part of the Startup VB Programme initiative, funded by the Ministry of Digital Transition and Administration Reform (MTNRA) and operated by Tamwilcom. The program is implemented by Open Startup.

It is designed to support science-based and technology-driven startups in Morocco that have moved beyond the proof of concept stage and are ready to build their MVP. Selected startups benefit from a fully funded 6-month incubation program combining structured training, expert mentorship, and access to non-dilutive financing.

Together, we are building Morocco into a Deep Tech innovation hub and advancing the Digital Morocco 2030 vision.
