« The Open Startup Pre-Seed Track Morocco Program is part of the Startup VB Initiative, funded by the Ministry of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform (MTNRA) and operated by Tamwilcom. The program is implemented by Open Startup. »

It is designed to support science-based and technology-driven startups in Morocco that have moved beyond the proof of concept stage and are ready to build their MVP. Selected startups benefit from a fully funded 6-month incubation program combining structured training, expert mentorship, and access to non-dilutive financing.

Together, we are building Morocco into a Deep Tech innovation hub and advancing the Digital Morocco 2030 vision.

Eligibility Criteria

Are you eligible?

The program is open to entrepreneurs and startups based in Morocco that meet all of the following criteria.

Legal Status & Shareholding
Company incorporated under Moroccan law, held by one or more project holders residing in Morocco — or a foreign-incorporated startup with respect to the terms specified under the Call for Projects Guidelines.

Company Age
No more than 8 years of existence, counted from the date of registration with the Trade Registry (RC).

Nature of the Company
Innovative company in the digital / Deep Tech sector, with a solution based on scientific research. Minimum TRL 3+.
4
Maturity Stage
Post-POC (proof of concept), with the goal of developing an MVP (minimum viable product).
5
Sectors of Activity
High-impact projects, with a preference for HealthTech and ClimateTech. All Deep Tech verticals are considered.
6
Financial and Administrative Capacity
Ability to demonstrate self-financing of at least 10% of the allowed funding amount.

Four steps to join
the program

Complete the F6S form

Fill in the online application on F6S with your startup and team information in English, French or Arabic.

02

Upload your documents

Attach your RC extract, document validating the technological validity of your POC and TRL (patent if available), founding team CVs (co-founders), and pitch deck (10–15 slides max) including your business model.

03

Pitch Day

Pre-selected startups pitch to the selection committee on September 18, 2026. (Dates may be subject to change)

04

Start the program

Program kicks off after the announcement of the results.

Applications must be submitted in English, French or Arabic via the F6S platform. Only complete applications submitted through the official channel will be evaluated. Each company may submit only one application. Shortlisted candidates may be contacted for additional information and to submit the complementary documents listed in the checklist.
