The Open Startup Pre-Seed Track Morocco is part of the Startup VB Programme initiative, funded by the Ministry of Digital Transition and Administration Reform (MTNRA) and operated by Tamwilcom. The program is implemented by Open Startup.
It is designed to support science-based and technology-driven startups in Morocco that have moved beyond the proof of concept stage and are ready to build their MVP. Selected startups benefit from a fully funded 6-month incubation program combining structured training, expert mentorship, and access to non-dilutive financing.

The program is open to entrepreneurs and startups based in Morocco that meet all of the following criteria.
Selected startups receive free access to a comprehensive 6-month incubation program.
A structured journey from early-stage validation to investment readiness, starting with a kickoff bootcamp to define your roadmap.
Regular coaching and mentoring sessions with entrepreneurs, sector experts, and investors from the Open Startup network.
Practical workshops on IP, product development, market validation, GTM strategy, legal & financial aspects, and fundraising readiness.
A virtual Demo Session connecting you to companies, industrial groups, support structures, and investors from Morocco and beyond.
Continuous monitoring of your startup’s progress throughout the program, with guidance personalized to your stage and sector.
Selected startups may benefit from financial support via an incubation grant and/or a living stipend, subject to eligibility.
